How early should I book the service?

We do not set a time limit, we only need enough time to reach the pickup area. Obviously, the earlier you book the better we can organize the service.

How do I book a car with a driver?

Can I cancel a service already booked?

Of course, our flexibility means we fully understand our client's needs, and this is one of our greatest assets.

Would it be possible to arrange for a personal chauffeur to drive a delegation of foreign executives without a representative from our company?

Of course, our multilingual drivers are mobile concierges happy to take your guests wherever they need to go, for a few hours or a few days.

Is it possible to arrange transfers, excursions, tours and trips abroad?

Do you have an emergency number to contact you outside office hours?

Do you work only with companies?

No, our clients range from large multinational corporations, which entrust us with projecting their company's premium image towards their own business associates and executives who ride with us, to private clients relishing the idea of an exclusive luxury transport to the airports, train stations or to the doorstep of their holiday resort.

How can I pay?

As you like. In case of a continuous business agreement, we shall agree on payment terms and conditions to our companies' mutual satisfaction. We accept all payment methods.

What features or amenities are fitted onto your vehicles?

All our vehicles are equipped with the most advanced comforts. Other features on our buses include safe deposit boxes, LCD screen TVs with DVD players, restrooms, central air conditioning and air suspension systems.

Do clients have to make sure they have applied through the proper channels for paying for limited traffic zone (ZTL) permits, city tax duty, etc.?

No. Subject to reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses, our driver will take care of all the tedious paperwork, applying for permits and paying city tax duty, leaving you free to relax and enjoy your time with us.
